3. Advertising
Our Mobile Mini Games may display advertising, including TikTok rewarded video advertisements and advertisements shown during natural breaks in gameplay.
When a user chooses to watch a rewarded advertisement, the advertising platform may process information about the user’s device, advertising interactions, and completion of the advertisement. ZCAPPS may receive confirmation that the advertisement was viewed or completed so that we can grant the associated in-game reward.
Advertising providers and platforms may collect and use information under their own privacy policies. Users should review the privacy settings and privacy policy of the platform through which they access a ZCAPPS game.
Where required by law, advertising cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies will be used only after the required consent or choice has been provided.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website, games, and service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:
- Keep services functioning;
- Maintain user sessions;
- Remember settings and game progress;
- Understand service usage;
- Detect errors and security events;
- Measure performance; and
- Support advertising.
Users may be able to manage certain technologies through their browser, device, platform, or consent settings. Disabling necessary technologies may cause some features to stop functioning properly.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
For individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other locations requiring a legal basis, we process personal information under one or more of the following bases:
- Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary to provide a requested game, product, or service;
- Legitimate interests: when necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services, provided those interests are not overridden by the individual’s rights;
- Consent: when consent is required for advertising, cookies, optional platform permissions, or another particular activity;
- Legal obligation: when processing is necessary to comply with applicable law; and
- Legal claims and protection: when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Where processing is based on consent, an individual may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

- Other parties when an individual directs us or gives us permission to do so.
Service providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to ZCAPPS, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
7. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
ZCAPPS does not sell personal information.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising technologies or disclosures to advertising providers. Where these laws apply, we will provide any required notice, consent mechanism, or right to opt out.
To submit a privacy or advertising-related request, contact support@zcapps.com.
8. Data Retention & Deletion Right

Deletion Right
We retain your personal information and game account data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our mini-game services and to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
We fully respect your right to control your personal data. Users may request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated game data at any time directly through the settings menu inside the mini-game. Alternatively, you can submit a formal deletion request by contacting us via email at support@zcapps.com
When information is no longer required, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.
9. Data Protection & Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
These measures may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, secure cloud infrastructure, backups, and restricted administrative access.
We take the security of your information seriously and implement robust industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include using secure AWS cloud configurations, data encryption protocols both in transit and at rest, and strictly limiting internal data access to authorized personnel.
No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their account credentials and notify us if they believe an account or service has been compromised.
10. Data Storage Location
ZCAPPS is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where ZCAPPS, its customers, platforms, or service providers operate.
All user data collected through our business software and mini-games is securely transferred to, processed, and stored on servers located exclusively within the United States. We utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure hosted within United States regions to maintain your information. Regardless of your physical location or the country from which you access our services, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be governed by United States data protection laws and stored securely within the U.S.
These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in the individual’s home country. When required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other approved transfer mechanisms.
11. Privacy Rights
Depending on where an individual lives and subject to applicable exceptions, the individual may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Request restriction of certain processing;
- Object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent;
- Receive certain information in a portable format;
- Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising;
- Appeal the denial of a privacy request; and
- File a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@zcapps.com and describe the request. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the initial email.
We may need to verify the requester’s identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may submit requests when permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
If ZCAPPS processes information solely on behalf of an employer, organization, or other business customer, we may direct the request to that customer because it controls the applicable information.
12. Children’s Privacy
ZCAPPS Mobile Mini Games are not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without legally valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided personal information to ZCAPPS should contact us at support@zcapps.com.
A platform may apply additional age restrictions or protections based on the user’s country or region. Users must also satisfy the minimum-age requirements of the platform through which they access a ZCAPPS game.
13. Third-Party Platforms and Links
Our website, games, and services may contain links to or operate through third-party platforms, websites, advertisements, or services.
This Privacy Policy governs ZCAPPS’s practices. It does not govern the independent practices of TikTok, advertisers, app stores, social-media platforms, organizational customers, or other third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change.
